Refunds and Returns

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR MAKE A WRONG DECISION.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly sent, are different from description or do not do what they are supposed to do.

MEDICINES CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR DISPOSAL.

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

This enables you to return a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you
  • Damaged packaging

Please note:

  1. Proof of purchase – your receipt is required for any refund or exchange
  2. Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method
  3. We have the right to assess the age and condition of the returned product/s prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.

Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge on receipt of damaged stock.

Please note that there are some companies that prefer to deal with returns themselves, if this is the case correct procedures will be followed and details will be issued form the site of purchase.

Also, products that may be heat affected cannot be returned (eg: food, formula, medications and vitamins). Please call pharmacy before returning any items.

Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of the Summit Pharmacy Group stores will be replaced at no charge on the receipt back of the incorrect order.

Any item being returned for a refund due to incorrect purchase which refund has been mutually agreed, postage cost will be at the cost of the customer.
